ErgomatIQ Desk 5 Year Warranty:
All of our ErgomatIQ Fixed Height Desks are covered by our 5 year warranty. All mechanical, and structural components are warranted for 5 years against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by Crandall Office Furniture. In the event of a failure, Crandall Office Furniture will send replacement parts with installation instructions – installation labor costs are not covered.
Warranty is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or modification. Warranty only applies to the product; Crandall Office Furniture is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience, or any other special damages caused by any defect.
ErgomatIQ Return Policy:
We are confident you will love your desk, but if for any reason you don’t, contact us for a no-hassle free return within 30 days of receiving your chair. We’ll send you a return shipping label and refund your entire purchase price once the desk has been received and inspected.
Returned desks must be in the same condition as received and returned in the original box. (please keep the box until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping your desk).
Desks with significant visible wear or damage, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping & Assembly:
All of our Crandall Office Furniture ErgomatIQ Desks ship partially dissembled. Legs and tops will be shipped separately and legs will need to be attached to table top with provided screws.
Crandall Office Furniture’s shipping hours are Monday – Thursday 8am-3pm EST.
All products ship via UPS Ground from our Greenville, Michigan facility, transit times will vary depending on ship-to location.
You will receive tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

I have the A-style Leg option, and it required some measuring, drilling, and bolting on of the legs. Not a problem for me, but if you are expecting to only need a Bolt Driver, it needs a bit more prep.
Excellent communication and delivery, and there was some minor shipping damage to an edge, and Crandall refunded a small amount for this issue.
Definitely recommending to friends and family.
