All chairs sold as an Open Box Returns were manufactured recently. Every chair was brand new when it was shipped to the customer from Haworth, and was returned within their 30 day return window. All chairs will have the manufacturing date or general date range listed on the product page.

Every chair is unique and will show various levels of light wear and tear. Once received, Crandall Office Furniture assesses each returned chair in-house. Through this process, we will take pictures of the chairs, any imperfections, and list those imperfections on the product page to make sure you are fully aware of the condition of the chair.

Because these chairs are all sales final, we encourage you to reach out to someone on our team if you have any questions about any specific chair prior to purchasing.

Each chair will be listed with the original MSRP as well as a discounted sale price.

Haworth offers their customers a no questions asked free returns policy when purchasing a chair directly from the Haworth Online Store. The customer can return these chairs for any reason they choose. Typically the reason for return revolves around the chair not being a good fit for the individual or not liking the color of the chair. Any chairs that were returned due to mechanical issues or damage are not part of this program.

Yes. We assign every chair a number and will be photographing each chair individually. You will see this number displayed above each chair to be sure it’s the exact chair you will be purchasing.

Crandall Office Furniture is not a Haworth Dealer or directly affiliated with Haworth in any way. We do however have a special partnership agreement in place with Haworth to be able to list and sell these Open Box Return chairs.

No, all of our chairs are shipped partially disassembled. You can view the assembly instructions on each chair’s product page to get a better understanding of exactly how your chair will arrive and what assembly will be required.

Typically these chairs should ship within 2-5 business days after your order is placed, but we will also have a more accurate ship by date located on each product page. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your chair is shipped out.

Yes, all Haworth Open Box Return Chairs sold by Crandall Office Furniture carry our a 2 Year Warranty, which covers the entire chair. This warranty is held by Crandall Office Furniture, not by Haworth.
