Who Can Apply?

We are currently reviewing and accepting applications from USA based affiliates only at this time. Beyond that, we are open to anyone applying, provided you have a plan for how to promote our products you can share with us.

How Does This Affiliate Program Work?

Once approved, each affiliate will get a unique referral link that they can use to refer customers to our website, crandalloffice.com. If a user purchases a product with 14 days of clicking on that link, you qualify for a commission on that product. Quick and simple!

What is the Commision Rate?

Our commission rate to affiliates is 4% of each total sale amount. This amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or refundable deposit amounts.

Do Affiliates Have to Pay to Join?

There is no cost to affiliates who sign up for our affiliate program.

How and When Do Affiliates Get Paid?

We are currently setup to pay affiliates via PayPal. Each affiliate will be required to setup a PayPal account and submit that email address in their Affiliate Dashboard to get paid.

Due to our 30 day free returns policy, affiliates will be paid 60 days after purchase to ensure the product is not returned. Returned products do not qualify for commission payments.

What Products are Eligible?

All products sold on crandalloffice.com qualify for our affiliate commission. This includes all Remanufactured Chairs, Steelcase Authorized Factory Returns, Tables, Custom Fabric, Upholstery Services, and office chair parts.

The following products are not eligible for affiliate commission:

  • Gift Cards
  • Refundable Deposits
  • Products Returned by Customer After Purchase
Do Affiliates Have to Disclose Their Relationship with Our Brand?

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts or social media posts where affiliate links are used in an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement.
