Every chair that enters our facility goes through our rigorous remanufacturing process that is second to none. We go through every nut, every bolt, and every mechanical component of every chair. Casters, gas cylinders, arm pads, and fabric are replaced on every chair, no matter what. Above all, our goal is to make every chair with our name on it as close as new as possible.

Used – Also known as “open box”, “pre-owned”, and a variety of other terms. A product that has been used by the previous owner. Mechanical and cosmetic condition varies. Expect a used piece of furniture to have some significant wear. Typically sold as-is, without a warranty. Lowest quality, but lowest price.

Remanufactured / Refurbished -Defined by the Remanufacturing Industries Council is “a comprehensive and rigorous industrial process by which a previously sold, worn or non-functional product or component is returned to a “like new” or “better-than-new” condition and warranted in performance level and quality.” Quality remanufactured or refurbished furniture will come with a warranty. Regardless, you can expect like-new quality and a discounted price.
