The YouTube videos with installation instructions were also extremely helpful. Have had my leap 2 for about a week now. Super easy to assemble and looks like a brand new chair.I'm 6'0 230lbs. So a little taller and bigger than average. The chair has held up very nice for me and is super comfortable. I got the extra padding in the back which is very nice. I've also noticed I... can work for hours without pain or having to get up to go walk. I used to have to get up every hour with my old "ergonomic" chair. I hope this holds up! Bought a Steelcase Gesture (Authorized return) that was on close out. Honestly the pictures made the chair look way more scuffed than it is in person. I’d say brand new and it was a B tier chair.The chair itself is comfy and very adjustable. I do not regret spending the money.

I had a problem with the gas strut on my office chair. I contacted Crandall and they provided a perfect replacement very quickly as well as great on-line videos on how to replace the part. Worked perfectly and chair is back in business. Fantastic serller.

When I spilled a drink on my grey Leap v2, I was pretty p!@%ed. After googling around, I found that Crandall seemed to be the #1 place to help sort this out.Also, my chair was a used model purchased secondhand. It was in great shape, but after a few hours of sitting, the lack of padding made me... really start to get uncomfortable.I missed the emails asking me for a picture of my current chair to verify the correct model, and eventually, I got a phone call. Their support team was lovely, and we sorted it out quickly. They shipped the seat out very fast once I sent in the pics.It's MUCH more comfortable, it looks perfect, and installation was easy.read more

Absolutely first rate company. I bought a refurbished Leap v2 for work. I've sat in lots of new ones, and this refurb feels just like a new one. This is just as comfortable and all the adjustment functions feel tight as any I've previously used. Only way you can tell it's refurbished is if you... were to take an eyeloop/magnifying glass and try to find tiny signs of wear, which to be honest there's really not much of anything worth mention. I highly recommend Crandall Office Furniture, outstanding product I received.read more

Working with Crandall Office was a breeze! I needed to replace the pneumatic cylinder on a 458 Series Chair. I was concerned because the chair, while in GREAT shape, was made in 1987.I sent an email to verify, they confirmed, and I placed my order.Then I watched one of their How To Videos,... and they covered everything in detail - perfectly.I replaced the cylinder in less than 10 minutes, it was great. Totally forgot to leave a review until randomly remembering about it just now. I ordered an Aeron chair a couple years ago and upon its arrival I was quite excited since it was my first high-end chair, and it sure was an experince trying it out. Ultimately, though, it just wasn't for me. That's... where the five stars comes in, because individual I got into contact with for a return was super friendly and quick to respond. Didn't give me a runaround or anything.Cradall Office's return policy is awesome. Definitely try to check out a showroom if your area has one first, though, since even the best chairs won't work for everyone.read more

I purchased Returned Leap chair manufactured in 2023. There are some paint chipped away, I bought it at $700 while the original price was $1300. I think it is not a bad price. The morning I got Leap chair delivered, I had a backpain as I was using a cheap chair from Amazon. After 10 mins I sit on... the leap chair the back pain went away. I am super happy that I can buy such chair at $700 at almost perfect condition. It was a magical experience.read more

I hesitantly bought replacement cushions for my Leap V2 from Crandall, and I am extremely happy I did. I opted for the Brisa, it feels very good and it screams "good quality." The cushions are definitely better than the OG. I actually feel like they support me. No more sinking into the chair. My... butt did hurt for like the first 3 days but I reckon that was just part of my body having to make the adjustment. Now I can literally study for 10 hours with maybe like 2-3 little breaks in between.read more

My daughter is 5-2" and petite. Sitting at the desk for hours a day has contributed to her lower back and neck problems. I bought the Aeron chair size A for her birthday. Finally a chair that fits her body!!! I checked with other sources and went with Crandall because they seemed very upfront... and professional. Other companies may have been a bit cheaper but was not comfortable that they would stand behind their refurbished chair. I was totally impressed with the chair that came. It looks brand new. Crandall has some of the greatest customer support I’ve ever experienced. My leap v1 remanufactured chair arrived with a large tear in the box and some components were missing so I messaged them and within 2 days I already had all the missing components mailed to my doorstep. During my use of the chair I noticed there was a lot of squeakiness. I talked back and forth with Crandall about fixes but they offered to replace the chair entirely or give a partial refund. Great company, highly recommend.

Ordered a remanufactured Leap V2 a week ago, and it arrived today. Though I’ve been working from home for years, I was reluctant to spend nearly $1000 on a chair. I was so happy to come across Crandall and find quality remanufactured chairs with comparable warranties for half the price. I’m so glad I finally made the Leap!

I needed a better office chair for the long hours in front of my home office desk. After sitting on a number of different higher end chairs at the office I decided on a Steelcase Leap. The problem was that I couldn’t bring myself to drop 1k on a new chair. I found Crandall after some web searching and I couldn’t be happier. 60% off of new price for a truly remanufactured chair: new wheels, new fabric, new armrests and a new gas cylinder.

Hi – I’m not the type to leave reviews (I’ve probably left a handful on amazon despite 100’s of purchases) but I simply must support the business of Crandall Office Furniture.
The chair (leap v2 remanufactured) arrived as advertised and was in like-new condition. In fact, I really could not tell if anything had been used. Unfortunately, the chair didn’t fit me and my desk well (I am rather short, for one thing) so I opted to return the chair with free return shipping no questions asked, per their website description. After briefly trying to make anything right, they accepted the return and all of my money was returned.
It’s hard to find a small business with policies this good, never mind such a good product. Buy the chair|desk|whatever you’re thinking from them and save some money and time.
