Shipping Policies

All online orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Our business and shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Warehouse is Closed on Fridays). It is our job and responsibility to process these orders as quickly as we can. After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval, products will be shipped via FedEx Ground. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call our office to verify your product availability. Most chair parts are in stock and ready for quick ship. All Chairs are made to-order. Updated lead times can be found on individual chair product pages. Crandall Office Furniture does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any order. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Canada Shipping

Canadian Shipping is Currently Offline. We do not have an estimated return of this service at this time.

We are proud to have partnered with FedEx & Zonos to provide international shipping to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs, as well as all taxes, duties, and fees required for border crossing and international sales. All of these fees will be calculated, provided up-front prior to purchasing, and guaranteed by Zonos.

All Canadian orders will ship via FedEx, and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Hawaii / Alaska Shipping

Unfortunately we are no longer offering shipping to Hawaii, or Alaska due to shipping costs and product damage.
