Shipping Policies

All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Our business and shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Warehouse is Closed on Fridays). It is our job and responsibility to process these orders as quickly as we can. After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval, products will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call our office to verify your product availability. Most chair parts are in stock and ready for quick ship. All Chairs are made to-order. Updated lead times can be found on individual chair product pages. Crandall Office Furniture does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any order. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Canada & Hawaii Shipping

We are no longer offering shipping to Canada.

We do currently offer shipping to Hawaii, but we do not currently offer free shipping to Hawaii. Shipping price varies by product and location, and can be seen once product is added to the cart.

Returns / Warranty Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping to Crandall Office Furniture (located in Michigan) for chairs shipped to Hawaii, but a full purchase price refund is still applicable. Warranty remains unchanged.
