Crandall Office Furniture Warranty Information

All Crandall Office Furniture Remanufactured & Refurbished Chairs and Office Chair Replacement Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. On Chairs, this warranty covers the entire chair, not just the parts we replace. Crandall Office Furniture will evaluate each warranty claim and either send replacement parts to fix the chair, or replace the chair or part entirely based on the nature of the claim. Labor or tools to complete repairs are not included. We will never require you to send your chair in at your expense to be worked on or repaired. Simply put, we stand by our chairs. If your remanufactured chair breaks, we will send you the parts to fix it or send you a replacement chair.

This warranty is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse or modification, and does not include standard wear and tear. This warranty is good up to the stated manufacturer’s weight limits / capacity, listed below. This warranty applies only to the product; Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special damages caused by any defect. Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to your chair or persons while removing / installing parts or assembling your chair. Warranty is non-transferable, and only applies to the original owner and is only applicable in the United States.

In the event we decide a replacement chair is necessary, the broken or defective chair will need to be returned to Crandall Office Furniture. This replacement chair will come with a pre-paid return label for this chair to be returned in the same box the new chair arrives in.

All Chair Parts sold by Crandall Office Furniture
are warranted for a period of 2 years from
original date of purchase.

Note: This is for individual part sales only.
Parts sold as part of a chair are covered by the chair’s warranty.

Crandall Office Furniture Return Policy

We are confident you will love your chair, but if for any reason you don’t, we offer a no-hassle free return policy on all of our chairs. We’ll send you a return shipping label and refund your entire purchase price of your chair once the chair has been received and inspected. For chair parts, parts must be in new/unused condition, and buyer is responsible for return shipping to Crandall Office Furniture.

**Maximum of One Free Chair Return Per Customer**

Returned chairs must be in the same condition as received and returned in the original box (please keep the box until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping the chair), & product must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label in order to receive a full refund.

Custom printed fabric chairs, chairs upholstered in Brisa Vinyl, chairs upholstered in Leather, or chairs with significant visible wear or damage, will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return Note for Hawaii Customers: Buyer is responsible for return shipping to Crandall Office Furniture (located in Michigan) for chairs shipped to Hawaii, but a full purchase price refund is still applicable. Warranty remains unchanged.

Canada Warranty & Return Policies

Canada Warranty

Warranty on all chairs and chair parts remains the same as our standard warranty policies outlined above. Shipping of any warranty parts will continue to be covered by Crandall Office Furniture in the event of a warranty claim, eh.

Canada Returns

For Canadian customers, all products can be returned within their specified return window, however the customer is responsible or arranging shipping of the item back to Crandall Office Furniture. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product’s purchase price, as well as any associated duties, taxes, and fees. Original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
