Office Chair 12 Year Warranty

Crandall Office Furniture Remanufactured Office Chair 12 Year Warranty.

Simply put, we stand by our product. If it breaks, we will send you the parts to fix it or send you a replacement chair.

Applies to all Steelcase Remanufactured chairs by Crandall Office Furniture, unless otherwise noted in product description.

Chair components and remanufactured chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for twelve years from original date of purchase. Pneumatic height cylinders are covered for a period of 6 years.

The warranty obligation is limited to replacement of any defective parts or components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse or modification. Normal usage is defined as limited to a 40-hour workweek by persons weighing 250 pounds or less.

This warranty applies only to the product; Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special damages  caused by any defect.

Chair Parts Warranty

Crandall Office Furniture Warranty Information for Chair Parts.

All chair parts sold by Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. are covered by a 2 year parts warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty obligation is limited to replacement of any defective parts or components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse or modification. Normal usage is defined as limited to a 40-hour workweek by persons weighing 250 pounds or less.

This warranty applies only to the product; Crandall Office Furniture, Inc. is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special damages  caused by any defect.

Return Policy

Office Chair Returns

Crandall Office Furniture Return Policy for Remanufactured Office Chairs.

If you are unsatisfied with your chair, you have up to 10 days from receiving your chair to contact us to begin a return. Chair must be returned in like-new condition in original packing. Once received and inspected, buyer will be refunded purchase price (less shipping) to their original payment method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom built chairs (any add-on options – ex. hard floor casters, custom fabric color, etc…) or chairs with significant visible wear will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Chair Part Returns

Crandall Office Furniture Return Policy for Office Chair Parts.

If you have purchased the wrong part or no longer need your chair part purchased from Crandall Office Furniture, you have up to 30 days from receiving your part to contact us to begin a return. Part must be in new/unused condition. Once received and inspected, buyer will be refunded purchase price (less shipping) to their original payment method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
