If you’re looking to save money, this one comes in about 10 dollars cheaper than directly from Herman Miller. It also will generally ship much faster.
However, it does feel a bit firmer than the OEM pad, which does make sense. Hopefully over time as I use it more it will break in. Maybe that firmness will help it last longer, but only time will tell.
