These arrived quickly. I appreciate that they were well packed in recyclable materials. The key feature that I’m most happy with is that they don’t have an offensive off-gassing smell which can be an issue with some synthetic/plastic products on the market today. These were exactly what I needed.

Great fit and finish. If you need new arm pads this is the place.

If you have an older Aria chair like I do (at least 11-12 years old), you will notice that these replacement pads feel a little firmer under your elbows. (I slightly preferred the softer feel of the old ones).
I don’t think these Crandall pads are cheap knockoffs, however, because I recently picked up a separate, newer model Aria chair (about a year old, with original parts) and these replacement pads are practically the same.
