There’s not much to say about the casters themselves. The proof will be in their performance over time. What I can say is that they arrived sooner than I expected, were well-packaged, and new and look well-made. Also, it’s been a pleasure doing business with Dave Crandall. He answered several questions that helped me buy a used Steelcase Leap v2 from a seller on Facebook Marketplace.

I do think it would help us home office folks to have a quick video showing someone putting a new caster on an vintage chair. A hammer and small awl worked, after I figured out how to shift the flexible leg covers to the side.

So far, so good… Had some Amazon inline skate type wheels and hated them. Too hard to get the chair to change direction while sitting in it. I installed these casters and the difference is night and day. These move when and where I want them to, they are quiet, and they just feel more sturdy than the other ones.
