Made of a high quality recycled plastic insert, and durable polyurethane pad, our arm pads are made for comfort, and above all, to last.
Designed to fit H (height adjustable only) or W (height & width adjustable) style Steelcase 453 Criterion office chair arm pads. Our arm pads do not fit the P (pivot adjustable style) arms.
Old half moon style arm pads will require plastic underlay part to be upgraded to the new style Crandall Office Arm Pad – chairs with existing new style arm pads will not require this part.

These armpads that I purchased for my Steelcase chair as not 100% perfect but they are OK, to be honest, it is hard to find that will match 100%….in any case, I am very happy with their support, response, and taking time to find a matching armpad once I sent them photo of my old chairs. So far, I bought armpads for two of my old chair from Crandall and I am happy with the choices and their services.
