Includes necessary lock rings and centering washer for Steelcase 453 Criterion, 433 Protege, 457 Rally, 458 Sensor, and 460 Rapport chair cylinders.
NOTE: If ordering a new cylinder from our website, it will include all necessary hardware and bearings needed to install correctly. This product will already be included with your cylinder purchase.

The locking rings didn’t quite fit the way the (one) original did, but we reused that old one and bent the prongs of the new one to fit the cylinder. The video made by your technician that we found on You Tube was excellent! It made it possible to figure out the workaround.
