Customer Service was super helpful to ensure this was the right fit, and it was. Installed a counter height desk in our home with two seat spots. These kits helped us convert 2 of our Aeron (both yr 2000 date) desk chairs to counter height. Great quality (important for high end brand) and highly recommend!

Never worked on office furniture before at all, but with the description and the Videos on YouTube I was able to convert my Aeron to a stool, no problem. Like the videos showed, my 10 year old chair cylinder fitted TIGHT and I did need to get a bigger pipe wrench to get the job done, but I’m sitting happy and comfy now using only the video for instructions (and the Crandall folks seem to be very cool people, it shows).
A suggestion: Maybe go through your kits in the online store and link or embed the appropriate install video? It really gave me the confidence I could do it myself so that probably would help people make a buying decision as well.
