Very nice process. I ordered this and it showed up quickly. It was the correct part. It was somewhat difficult to find this part, but once I got to Crandall’s site I found it right away. Over All very good experience.

Product worked but looked a little different than original (pin at top did not disconnect as shown in video and did not have the pressed indentation part way up like the original.) Would be great if Crandall shared “what else” info like if the lever doesn’t work right how to fix that, since my lever doesn’t seem to work correctly though the cylinder is working and holding the chair up.

Worked like a charm, now my chair no longer slowly deflates over the course of the day. The video was easy to follow along with and I was done start to finish in less than 10 mins.
